HOCPB/MMC: Head of Compliance For Private Banking, Bahrain

Our client, a global multinational organization is a major provider of wealth management solutions. They currently have $240bn assets under management. Due to an expanding portfolio in the GCC and Levant region there is an immediate need for an experienced Head of Compliance to support the current and planned business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure overall costs are maintained within the budget.
• Undertake compliance monitoring and surveillance tasks.
• Develop a compliance program by liaising with all the departments.
• Ensure that the organization meets its regulatory requirements on time.
• Ensure compliance with all the financial activities and relevant commercial law.

Compétences

• Must have a professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CA or MBA with Math or Finance background.
• At least 7 years experience in compliance and financial crime for the wealth management industry.
• Currently employed with an international financial institution.
• Must be currently in a compliance role covering clients in the Middle East.
