Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Ensure that all the data required by the CHD' Administrative and Human Resources Planning are completed per request and as policies.
Follow up all issues concerned for the department' employees with the concerned party in the corporate office; salary increment, complaints…etc.
Coordinate, follow up and investigate about urgent, planned, or estimated man power required by the department/SBU and follow up with recruitment.
Perform all initiation, follow up, and check for all department' employees status, salary, joining letter, orientation program…etc. are existed, approved and being kept in the related location.
Coordinate, investigate and arrange all issues regarding training with employees, management, training specialist, and training center, furthermore, ensure availability of all resources and statistics, venue, timing, tickets or any issues.
Process, coordinate and report all the activities adopted within the HR' Annual Calendar.
Follow up all HR' issues concerned for the department as total and keep department manager posted about each issue; OS approval, recruiting new employees…etc.
Follow up training need assessment with all employees in the department, and ensure having the needed approvals for the yearly plan.
Follow-up administrative affairs in CHD to ensure requested work execution
Maintaining employee file and records for future reference
Follow-up training program and nomination of employee attendees.
Ensure that employees official documents are properly maintained and renewed before expiry
Arrange proper documentation during employees vacation and business trip
Arrangement and procurement of employees safety gear requirement
Responsible for executing and monitoring work system in addition to all approved policies and formalities of the Group.
Attends periodic meeting with CHD to update department difficulties and hot to further improve administrative services.
Compétences
Essential
Scientific Degree in Management or Engineering.
Minimum 2 years in HR Occupations, or 5 years in managerial or administration position in.
Fluency in English Language.
Proven ability to work Microsoft Office tools; especially Word, Outlook, Excel.
Advanced Communication Skills.
Desirable
Certified HR or having HR courses is advantage.
Previous experience with working in direct communication with employees is preferable.
