Job description

• Carry out all required shift wise inspections.
• Report and take immediate actions to correct any non compliance to standards
• Ensure standards of personnel hygiene / personnel health / personnel practices / GMP’s are met during the shift.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean; Monitor all line sanitation schedules and conform all sanitation standards are followed.
• Monitor and report on Pest control activities performed by Pest Control Contractor to make the whole premises a pest-free zone.
• HACCP / ISO22000 documentation
• Inspecting and reporting of in coming commercial, raw or packaging materials in concern to packaging, transportation and storage condition, physical, chemical and microbial parameters.
• Carry out the day to day operations of Quality Control Laboratory
• Conduct final product testing as per specifications and report
• Conducting in house microbial testing of Manufacturing Plant’s environment and personnel hygiene
• Preparation of chemicals, reagents, microbial media and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Performing other duties as assigned

Compétences

Required skills

• B.Sc in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry
• 0 - 2 years of Experience in Food Manufacturing Company
• Knowledge of Quality Systems like HACCP /I SO22000, Food Hygiene, GMP
• Knowledge of Basic laboratory instrumentation and Food analysis
• Ability to communicate across various functions of manufacturing
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office
