Segment Head Beverages/Packaging Division (Casablanca)

Our customer is a world leader in the packaging industry. We are seeking a Segment Head Beverages/Packaging Division based in Casablanca.

Poste :

Reporting to the Director Sales and Marketing Packaging Division, the Segment Head Beverages/Packaging Division has to :

• Meet or exceed assigned segment sales objectives in terms of gross profit margins, being accountable for gross profit margin for the segment, and volumes (quantity).
• Identify and develop the segment to the new territories/regions while maintaining a continuous flow of profitable business from existing customers keeping highest standards of customer service - both within Sales and in collaboration with Sales Support Services, Technical Services and Operations.
• Design and propose the regional segment growth development plans and execute approved segment sales & marketing strategies ensuring retention and profitability of strong segment customer base.
• Manage segment key account management program and train/develop strong segment sales team.

Compétences

You hold a Master Degree or MBA in business or marketing or equivalent knowledge gained by proven experience, with at least 5 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing, ideally in similar capacity. Working experience in beverage packaging industry is a must and technical competencies : Proven Track record in segment sales management is a big plus.

You have an advanced level in Arabic, French and English, other languages are a strong plus.

Your leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills, together with a strategic thinking, are critical to your success in this role.
