Regional Sales Manager (Casablanca)

Our customer is a world leader in Automotive. We are seeking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Casablanca.

Poste :

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

- Achievement of defined targets, i.e. turnover, profitability for test equipment & parts
- Submitting of offers to customers; price calculation considering competition, margin targets, costs, minimum prices (PUG), etc.
- Handling of customer orders; entry into system, follow-up with plant, despatch dept.
- Ensuring of punctual payment of accounts receivable by customers
- Arranging for sufficient securities for accounts receivable, e.g. insurance, bank guarantee, etc.
- Handling of customer claims, e.g. prices
- Systematic realization and exploitation of business opportunities, systematic introduction and sales training of new products
- Conclusion of target agreements with customers at the beginning of each year, systematic follow-up during the year
- Regular market/customer visits
- Arranging for regular sales-oriented product trainings.

Compétences

You have Completed studies of Business Administration/Technical engineer; very good knowledge (writing/speaking) of French & English; German & Arabic are beneficials.

Your leadership, excellent communication and convincing skills, high customer-orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working, high degree of self-motivation, well performing also under pressure, (cultural) flexibility, dynamism and responsibility; decision-maker, team-player are critical to your success in this role.

You are PC literate with excellent skills in packages MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
