Your main missions are:

- Install company’s product and provide on site customer support.
- Troubleshoot, test, maintain, replace or repair electrical and/or mechanical problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of the company’s products.
- Work closely with design engineers to conduct analysis, versions, and modifications.
- Investigate and resolve mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
- Document and report all onsite maintenance service related activity.
- Adjust, calibrate, align and modify circuitry and components and record effects and impact on them.
- Review and evaluate system performance in actual operating conditions.
- Escalate unresolved problem/issue to second level according to the standard operating procedures.

Compétences

You need to have the following requirements and competencies:
- A Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years' experience in mechanical/electrical service engineer field or equivalent.
- Proficient in interpreting electrical/electronic/mechanical sketches.
- Strong abilities in analysis and problem resolution for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of equipment, tools, test equipment and practices commonly used in the electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Capable of using and caring for electrical and mechanical tools, and test equipment
- Capable of working under time pressure, able to do shift work.
- Customer Oriented with good teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and a good mastery of the French language.
- Computer Skills, Hardware and Software.
