Saudi Sales Manager
RE/MAX Arabia
Responsible for managing the overall and day to day sales operations to ensure meeting the company goals(for the entire Middle East). Work requires implementing knowledge of real estate principles and good comprehension of the market place.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares annual sales forecast and strategies for accomplishing targeted sales.
2. Gathers and analyzes Market Information.
3. Optimizes sales performance through staff motivational and educational events.
4. Establishes own leads and build professional relationship with potential clients.
5. Establishes sales targets and provide support to achieve them.
6. Trains, coaches and motivates the sales team to ensure getting maximum productivity.
7. Tests and recommends new ways to increase Market Share.
8. Leads negotiations with clients, business associates, and business contracts.
9. Manages developmental programs and activities to facilitate introduction of company's services.
10. Develops office client base and forms key relationships with both existing clients and new prospects..
13. Anticipates clients' needs and opportunities to create new services.
Compétences
1. At least (5-7) years progressive work experience preferably in Real Estate or related field with at least (3) years of managerial experience.
2. Excellent oral & written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Bilingual (Arabic, English).
4. Confident, self-motivated individual and a team player.
5. High potential leader with strong strategic thinking.
6. "Can-Do" attitude and ability to identify and solve a variety of problems that is broad and complex.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
8. Ability to train and manage sales associates.
9- Willing to travel Internationally to receive and give training
Formation
A Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration. An advanced degree is a plus
