Working from the Regional Accounting Centre in Dubai, an opportunity has arisen for a bright, talented Accountant to join the team. Due to the location of the work covered, only West African Nationalities can be considered. See below full profile;
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
• EFO Close procedures (standard inventory accounting)
• Analysis and variance reviews
• Reconciliations
• Working on Ad hoc finance projects
• Handling product line related enquiries
• Reviewing fixed assets (looking at the ledgers and capitalization)
• Perform general, varied accounting work.
• Some preparation of income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements and various other reports.
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal vouchers, accounting methods and procedures.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
Compétences
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with 2+ years experience, or Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
• Inventory accounting knowledge would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Good attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced PC skills.
