    We have urgent job openings for Administration Executive in our General Administration department and it’s open for Omani nationals only.

    Job Location: Duqm

    Department : General Administration

    Purpose of the job :

    Preparing, reviewing & administering contracts during the various stages of the contract process. Demonstrate ability to analyze commercial considerations & appropriate interpretation of relevant statutory regulations. Excellent communications skills both written & verbal along with negotiation skills. Working independently as is the ability to interface & be a crucial influence with the team members.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

    • Prepare the summary contract matrix for clauses in the system
    • Prepare the contract templates based on the contract.
    • In conjunction with the contracts managers review the contractual obligations and contract templates.
    • Attend & minute the weekly contract execution meetings
    • Notify client formally where issues & special circumstances or breaches of contract have taken place
    • Liaise with contractors to ensure relevant insurances are current and legal
    • Update & maintain contract register
    • Finalize claim/Investigation & update information
    • Provide response to invoices for damage & follow up & finalize claim

    Education : Graduate in Accounting and or Law

    Experience : Minimum 3 years in Contracts Administration
