Administration Officer

• Assisting HR manager on day to day basis
• Taking care of company administrative work
• Managing all agreements and work related documents
• Relation with external service providers - Travel agency/PRO service/Hotel
• Responding to the Request from staff with in reasonable time

Compétences

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Administrative level
• Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills; positive in learning
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years Administrative level experience required
• Must be a Arabic Speaker
