Job Responsibility:

As an area or regional manager, you'll have overall responsibility for all your company's stores within a region. Also assume responsibility for all the staff, which could mean as many as 30 -45 members of staff.
As you'd expect in such an important role, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities.
• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across your shops
• Delivering growth (planning and demonstrating efforts to achieve sale targets for all stores)
• Maximizing sales and profitability (control expense)
• Maintain brand standard guidelines
• Ensuring all actions are taken as per the company policy & procedures
• Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Driving team performance and controlling training and development of your staff
• Monitor market and competitive activities and provide feedback from the region
• Ensure consistency in back office communication and filing of records
This position will have a large measure of independency, working alongside other senior managers and store and department managers.
Job will be store / office-based, but will also travel around your area visiting individual stores.

Eligibility:
A role such as this normally demands sound previous experience, probably as store or department manager. Management experience in another industry may also be acceptable.

We support our customers throughout cancelling the unnecessary costs for packaging by using recycled and refillable containers. Also we helped to plant 5 million trees in the year 2009. Our products do not contain any ingredients of animal origin, and we have stopped animal testing since the year 1989.
