• Responsible for sales, staff, stock and must independently handle/manage multiple stores
• Responsible for increasing sales volume by focusing on driving the selling process.
• Developing and managing effective sales team.
• Educating the sales team to achieve selling goals.
• Analyzing sales trends/figures and improving upon current merchandising technique.

Compétences

• 5-7 yrs Oman experience in the retail jewellery industry.
• Good Leadership Quality.
• Able to implement new effective strategies pertaining to sales, marketing and merchandising
• Ability to manage and supervise allocated sales team.
• Excellent proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Well versed in computer applications.
• Should join immediately
• Must have Oman driving license.
