The Role:
A Barista is responsible in ensuring that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary customer service to all customers by following Starbucks standard in customer service
- Follow Starbucks standards and guidelines for beverage preparation / housekeeping
- Follow daily objectives within service demand / duty schedules to ensure store is clean and stock is rotated and merchandised
- Follow cash handling procedures and till point policies
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales / add-on sales
Compétences
- Excellent command of English
- Customer focused
- Lively and energetic personality required
- At least 1 year experience in a high volume, high energy
- High standard of personal presentation & hygiene
