As a business developer you will identify needs in country for Sarens products. Part of your role will be to successfully recruit, lead and motivate team members.

Your function
• Identify needs in country for Sarens products :

 Bare lease crane rental
 Operated telescopic crane rental
 Operated crawler crane rental
 Full project offering
 Engineered/technical solutions

• Successfully start up Sarens basic activities in country based on needs
• Successfully recruit, lead, motivate team members
• Successfully use Sarens standards identified and agreed upon

Compétences

Required qualifications

• Knowledgeable about crane business
• Experience in industrial operational/maintenance/construction/crane-related work
• Operational/technical knowledge about how to manage a fleet of cranes
• Strong people management skills
• Client focus
• Non-compromising on quality and safety
• Ability to perform in a start-up environment
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of English and local languages
