Description du poste
1. Asisst in developing the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies, including planning, development and implementation of marketing plans and programs in areas such as market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising and public relations for the assigned category 2. Motivate interest in and support of product knowledge among the sales force. 3. Ensure accurate & timely supply of rolling sales forecasts to production & finance. 4. Maintain regular visits to the market to ensure proper implementation of the products strategies. 5. Manage and ensure the profitability of each of the products according to the company’s objectives. 6. Lead and motivate the department team to ensure standards & objects are achieved
Compétences
1. Holder of a BA or a B.Sc. from a recognized university, preferable in marketing. 2. 5-7 years of experience in an industrial company out of which 3 years as a marketing manager. 4. Excellent command of English .5. Posses leadership skills. 6. Awareness of management by objectives. 7. Posses training, coaching and influencing skills. 8. Ability to analyze and innovate in order to plan and develop both the business and the employees in the marketing department.
