To take responsibility for all Financial aspects related to Hepworth across the GCC

Key Functional Responsibilities

- Day to financial and accounting management
- Managing a team of 10 plus
- Overseeing all the financial reporting
- Responsible for developing the annual financial budget
- Responsible for the improved usage of MIS reporting
- Responsible for strategic growth and financial management
- Spearheading the Annual Business Plan
- Developing a strong and dynamic working environment for the finance team
- Developing team capabilities
- Empowering team members to deliver and progress

Compétences

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following;

- At least 15yrs experience within financial management
- Exposure within a industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience of managing a team and widespread function
- Experience of budgeting
- Experience of MIS reporting
- Exposure to strategic financial management and analysis
