Requirements on background

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, or construction management, or project management, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in project management and the experience in 2 projects which value is more than 10 million USD, knows how to develop and motivate at labor workers level; Working experience in international company or management in overseas project will be a plus.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
4. People oriented, self motivated and be able to work under pressure.

Description of the job:

The position directs the activities of project management team to ensure required business implemented effectively in project. The incumbent is also responsible to manage his allocated resources to maintain good relationship with different other trades, and to ensure his assigned project processed in a quality and time manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and management support to team members, coaching + organize/propose necessary training in order to enhance team member's performance.
2. Implement company rules and procedures; Monitor and analyze individual performance on agreed KPIs.
3. Look after the safety and welfare of his subordinates.
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with owner, consultant and main contractor, ensure business operated smoothly in project.
5. Managing the cooperation between office staffs and on site staffs in company, ensure reliable and prompt information exchange.
6. Controlling all suppliers working in project, ensure their performance meeting project’s requirement.
