Exel Saudi Arabia is currently looking to recruit Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Manager with the following requirements:

Overview:

Overall responsible for development and implementation of operational excellence models as per benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

•To implement the Operational Excellence Standards in all Company warehouses sites & coordination with the assigned employees.
•Maintain consistent reporting on process improvement initiatives
•Work in collaboration with other Company sites to maximise efficiencies and best practice
•Work with initiative champions to document their PEA (Process Excellence Activity) and submit them for certification
•Conduct workshops to support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology
•Assist with conducting/documentation of PEA initiatives as required
•Attend site performance briefings to reinforce the continuous improvement culture
•Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
•Implementation of Six Sigma strategy in support of business objectives (both strategic and tactical).
•Assessment of Company Compliance to the Operational Excellence Standards
•Implement and monitor LEAN systems (to reduce waste in the operation).

•3PL and 4PL Warehouse Operations Services

•Integration of TMS, WMS & OMS with ERP systems
•Management of all inbound/outbound maintenance, repair & overhaul materials for a broad spectrum of large & low volume suppliers
•Order management, returns management & maintenance planning
•On-site parts availability to repair & maintain equipment, maximizing run time & production output
•DHL Exel provides a scheduled and non-scheduled service to our clients enabling them to transfer goods between sites when they need to reposition inventory (typically, as goods enter a KSA port, clients often need to reposition part of the consignment to other regions)

Compétences

1. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
2. Experience in Six Sigma and Lean methodology, Six Sigma Black Belt qualification desirable.
3. Very good knowledge of the standard MS Office software.
4. Excellent oral and written English skills.
5. Very strong analytical and conceptual skills.
