    Demand Planner and Customer liaison Officer (Algeria)

    Description du poste

    •To manage the DZ demand planning in order to achieve the target Customer Service Level at the appropriate cost
    •To provide a single coordination point of contact for CRO, Demand Management, Customer Service Management and Distributors
    ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    •Data handling using SPS/APO as a planning tool: ensure all changes in product range are correctly reflected to allow efficient demand planning
    •Ensure that forecast is visible as early as possible. Monitor phase-out products and ensure forecast is reflected correctly
    •Works closely with distributors, Basel CSM and planners to ensure on time deliveries and no stock outs of key products
    •To use market information to negotiate better supply dates and to minimize stock out or arrival delays
    •Ensure that orders and letter of credit are notified in time according to the planning
    •Ensure that all documents prepared to obtain the “import authorization” and documents needed for clearing the goods are in accordance with the local regulation and ask for corrections if necessary.
    •Ensure key inputs into Best View forecast are done and that any arising problems are communicated immediately with suggestions for improvement
    •Review the Best View forecast and EDF events on a monthly basis in the SOP
    •Prepare, present the data for the monthly SOP meeting and inform KCP on any supply issue
    •Monitor and report in the SOP meeting any hard or soft lost sales
    •Prepare and introduce complaints in the system and ask for feedback if needed
    •Monitor monthly the stocks at the distributor’s level and inform KCP and the CP/Cam

    •Good knowledge of Demand Planning and Order Management processes and AgroKlik, SPS, APO tools
    •Organization skills
    •Communication skills
    •Good knowledge of Arabic, French and English
