Duty Manager is responsible for all shift Food & Beverages operations. The role calls for autonomously and independently managing all aspects of the business and able to control the activities as a whole. Responding to the Food and Beverages manager, it is critical that Duty Managers provide stability, continuity and strive for excellence across the Food and Beverages offer.

Compétences

Ensures that the quality, style and concept of the QDF food and beverage products, is correctly delivered across all NDIA locations.
o Overall responsibility of all F & B operations and FOH staff over a period of their shift.
o Make sure all food safety and HACCP procedures of the company are adhered to.
o Oversight of all fronts of house operations and staffing up at "pitch points" and busy locations.
o Responsible for shift sales collection and submission to cash office.
o Briefing and debriefing of staff at the beginning and end of the shift.
o Manage, lead and train all staff in your shift in order to create dynamic, high performance operations team that can meet the operations needs.
o Looking after staff welfare, rostering and scheduling of holidays.
o Take ownership of the operations in full and continuously drive sales to achieve targets.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional presentation skills. Ideally you will be within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business. A minimum of 5 years of job related experience. A diploma in food production and service with a HACCP certification.
