• Follow Standard Operating Procedure in Operation
• Monitor the processes and their results for to avoid issues
• Team member of Process re-engineering activities
• DR Representative for E-Channels and Islamic Operation.
• Must have knowledge of sharia & regulatory rules and ensure its compliance
• Support unit Head in new products implementation and transform the business requirements to operation procedure
• Recommend enhancement in current processes to improve the quality and efficiency.
• Implement and update E-Channels and Islamic Operation Policy & Procedure
• Support unit Head in the Implementation of bank’s strategy
• Prepare and evaluate staff Key performance Indicators and midyear reviews

Compétences

• 5 + years of experience in e-Channels Operation which includes ATM, Internet banking, Mobile banking, Kiosk and other e-channels
• Exposure to best practices in the market
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email
• Knowledge of e-channel functional interface
• Knowledge & Hands on to the best Islamic operation applications
• Can perform well under pressure
