Your Main Objectives:
1. To meet with the Top 100 Employers
2. Establish opportunities and generate proposals
3. To create new and repeat revenue streams
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate and generate new business as part of our commitment to increase market share amongst leading corporates.
- Expand the Enterprise client database and acquire companies that have no significant revenue expenditure with Bayt.com.
- Effectively manage business in Enterprise database through a solution-oriented selling approach.
- Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Track monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period.
Compétences
- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in a service-oriented profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
Formation
Bachelors Degree from a reputed institute
