JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining all Products, Cost Data and Enterprise items for all contracted vendors / suppliers with CCAD.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages and develops the CCAD Supply Chain Enterprise Item Master
Process
- Responsible for the integrity of the ERP Stock Master and supply charge
master
- Identifies all data conditions, solutions to prepare the data for conversion
and pre-planning conversion plans that will include but will not be limited to
the following activities: data cleansing, data harmonization, data validation,
manual data identification
- Looks for opportunities to standardize data and find solutions that enable
optimization of ERP system functionality for the organization; validating data
conversion strategies, standardization and harmonization strategies with all
stakeholders of the data including management
- Develops and coordinates data standards and naming conventions for the
end user community for new maintenance processes going forward

Compétences

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years’ experience in item master
management or purchasing is required
- Familiar with medical and pharmaceuticals supplies and processes and
the overall Medicare reimbursement system is preferred.
- Prior experience in Business Intelligence / Business Objects software is
preferred
- ERP system experience / Knowledge is highly desired
- Strong human relation and customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of PCs, spreadsheets and other software applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Health care industry experience is preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing, or related field,
is required
- Master Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing, or related field, is
preferred
