Job Objective:
Provide high quality secretarial & administrative support including general and project based work. Project a professional company image through professional in-person and phone interaction.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Assisting Management/CEO in day-to-day correspondence/work. Respond to routine items not requiring supervisor's attention in accordance with specific instructions and standard procedure.
2. Maintain logs and records of office activities; compile information for regular or special reports from logs and records maintained; maintain office all legal records and process related forms in accordance with standard procedures.
3. Assist in preparation of various documents (M.O.U, Memorandum & Articles of Association) as per standard formats.
4. Perform all activities related to Trade Mark Registrations (before commencement of business operations in the particular region).
5. Assume complete control of high level and confidential documents. Ensure all documents are well maintained and filed for easy and fast retrieval.
6. Responsible for general secretarial functions like fixing appointments/meetings, preparing reports & presentations, handling visitors, etc..
7. Prepare LPORs for Stationery and other office needs. Follow-up on the same till the requirements are fulfilled.
8. Create and distribute Minutes of Meeting.
9. Handle hotel bookings & travel arrangements for Management.
10. Create memos, circulars, etc and maintain records for all incoming & outgoing correspondence relating to senior management.
11. Assist the CEO as and when required.
12. Monitoring and supervising the work schedule of support staff.
13. Perform other department related activities as instructed by HOD.
14. Perform activities related to Board Meeting.
15. Supporting Investment & Partnership team for legal documentation.
Compétences
• Bachelors or equivalent degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication - English.
• Excellent usage of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of preparing Legal documents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Presentable.
• Assertive.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
Salary range 7000 -10000 AED
