Description du poste

•Ability to work cross functionally with other functions to optimize export stocks thus decreasing working capital.

•High ability to align and achieve supply chain objectives with business and customers’ objectives.

•Lead exports team, global shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

•Demonstrate ability to build, develop, and motivate a high- performing export team.

•Take all actions, and measures designed to ensure positioning NEAR as a reliable service provider across zone AOA.

•Manage customers’ planned orders, and plan shipments accordingly.

Compétences

•4-5 years working experience in Supply Chain

•Fluency in English

•Business, Logistics or Engineering University Degree

•Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

•Solid experience with managing people, Leadership skills.

•Teamwork and cooperation

•Customer service oriented

•Result focused

•Proven project management skills.
