Our client, a leading Money-Management company in Bahrain is recruiting for FandB Research and Development Manager. This position will be based in Manama-Kingdom of Bahrain Position description To study, examine, and establish FandB business researches by preparing related market surveys and financial analysis, to produce and create FandB business concepts in potential markets. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge in the food and beverage industry with track record of previous experiences that preferably include, research and development, managing of fine dining restaurants, exclusive lounges and cafes. The candidate will be required to set and execute FandB business plans in a scientific approach that compliments the company's market position.

Compétences

Qualifications and requirement Bachelor degree in hotel management. Minimum 8 years of experience in managerial level within the food and beverage operation in recognized 5 star establishments. Certification of Computer knowledge, and information technology awareness. Fluent in both oral and written English language. Certification and experience in financial analysis and budgeting skills. Certificate of experience or involvement in grand opening of exclusive hospitality outlets. Experienced in analyzing both service and kitchen financials. Experienced in dealing with multinational employees. Experienced in work force analysis and performance measurement. Experienced in setting up new FandB projects. Experienced in manpower recruitment and training of staff. Experienced in all windows applications particularly excel. Preference is granted to candidates between the ages of 30 - 45 years.
