Key responsibilities:

- To provide financial advice to Senior Management with direct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash and balance sheet management.
- Develop and direct the implementation of the Company’s strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Provides strategic financial management and leadership across the business.
- Implements an effective cost accounting system across the group
- Establishes appropriate/robust financial controls, processes and systems.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- To ensure that all financial records, receipts, payables, and cash flows are accurate, updated, and processed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- Oversee the fiscal year end process, ensure the accurate and timely closing of the year end books for auditing purpose, and ensure auditing functions and costs are kept to a minimum for the benefit of the Company.
- Ensure accounts payables and receivables are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, and report any concerns/discrepancies.
- Ensure that the committed funds are received when due and allocated accurately by monitoring and analyzing cash flows monthly, including revenues, expenditures, receivables and payables, and produce monthly statements and variance reports.
- Manages financial risks across the group.

Compétences

- A degree in Accounting or Finance or any related discipline plus a professional certificate (ACA, ACCA or its equivalent).
- 10+ years post qualification experience in Finance and Accounts or corporate planning function.
- Strategic planning and execution
- Contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Auditing, and Cost-control principles
- Automated financial and accounting reporting system
- Risk Management
- Investment and Project Appraisal

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
