Knowledge of code development procedures and code version and revision control practices
Knowledge of programming language required for application
Knowledge of reusable component programming processes
Ability to document code, errors, and code modifications in detailed supporting documents
Ability to evaluate alternatives in code implementation and make decisions
Knowledge of debugging tools, unit testing procedures, and iteration design processes
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and correct malfunctions/failures

HTML Standards and Documentations

Help in setting the standards for HTML and Scripting development & documentation
Converting layout from Photoshop screens into HTML and XSL templates, and optimizing graphics
Cropping and optimizing images
Assist creating mock ups and various prototypes
Developing web interface design documentation
Create CSS files for templates of clients
Verify that the developed UI by the developer matches the original design before delivering to the client

Flash Scripting, Integration and Optimization

Ability to use Flash Scripting to dynamically connect Flash Elements for external Data
Optimize Flash code to insure best performance results

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Solid HTML and XSL skills
Knowledge in Flash, Dream weaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, DHML, XML, XSL, CSS, ASP and other front end scripting languages
Interface development in .NET using ASPX and PHP
Experienced with Object Oriented design and development is a plus.
Good sense of graphic design including color, composition and typography.
Understand bandwidth limitations and optimization tactics.
Understand browser nuances, and resolution issues.
Must be familiar with cross browser/platform compatibility issues.
Familiarity with user interface issues pertaining to navigation, usability and functionality a plus.
Must be proficient in MS web technologies and can adapt quickly to the environment.
Knowledge of current web based development techniques, documentation techniques, and project development lifecycles.
Ability to grasp new technologies and skills quickly and have a strong desire to explore new ideas and continually learn.
Ability to work independently, make appropriate decisions with minimum input.
Have an impeccable attention to detail.

Compétences

-University degree in computer science / Graphic Design or related field. with emphasis on HTML and Flas.
- Minimum 1 year Web Integrator experience is a must.
