    This outsource role delivers a client focused service at a professional level.

    The Main Components Include:

    •Management of reception and hospitality team to ensure they work in conjunction with each other to ensure the clients expectations are met and exceeded every time they use the Client meeting facilities
    •Oversee catering requirements and events
    •Complete handling of meeting room bookings
    •Adhere to global organisation’s telephone etiquette


    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    •Ensure reception adhere to the organisations telephone etiquette
    •Effectively manage all front of house staff
    •Ensure reception standards are in line with the organisations global standards.
    •Pro-actively meet and greet external clients/visitors when visiting the organisation’s offices in the UAE.
    •Open and check all client meeting rooms against pre-defined standards
    •Oversee the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring consistent service delivery standards are met.
    •Check the room schedule ensuring preparation in place for VIP meetings and following up on any ‘no-shows’
    •Oversee the preparation of any dining orders
    •Oversee the delivery of food and beverages to meeting rooms
    •Ensure rooms are set up in accordance with client requests and meeting scheduled
    •Responsible for uniform presentation of all front of house staff
    •Ensure reception is adequately manned
    •Provide concierge services for VIP guests
    •Responsibility for Receptionists and hospitality staff
    •Maintain stocks of consumables
    •Negotiate with local catering suppliers ensuring offerings are in line with latest trends
    •Report any defects within the client area to the departments helpdesk
    •Provide support to the Service Delivery Manager

    Compétences

    High level of standard education.
    Graduates preferred.
    Customer Facing experiences within an international organisation.
    Excellent verbal and wriiten communication skills in English
    Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
    Pro-active Attitude
    Team player
    Energetic, enthusiastic and confident
