Reports to: Project Director & Infrastructure Manager-Head office.

ACC (Al Arrab Contracting Company), One of the biggest contracting companies in Saudi Arabia is seeking IT Infrastructure Manager Candidates to interview immediately.
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for supervising the IT Infrastructure services provided in project site.
The scope of the IT services includes: network and connectivity services, automated business processes, level1 support and other related IT services.
In this role, the incumbent is actively involved in support & decision-making regarding infrastructure technology, as well as supervising the implementation and support of business processes in alignment with change and project management procedures established by the company.
The IT Infrastructure Manager must be able to focus on specific details and understand the impact on business operations.
The incumbent must work closely with the Infrastructure & help desk Managers in the Head office.

Day-to Day Responsibilities:
• Receive and process project site related support calls and electronic requests according to head office policies and procedures
• Ensure that the support team members follow procedures and policies established by the company.
• Act as lead for project Management for Infrastructure projects in project site.
• Identify and document troubleshooting techniques/steps in the appropriate knowledge base
• Respond to and research all misc. requests from IT head office staff as requested by Infrastructure manager.
• Ensure full alignment and integration of project site infrastructure with the head office standards.

Supervision duties:
Supervise site infrastructure team.

Compétences

Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years’ experience.
• B. of computer since or equivalent education plus experience.
• Project & staff management experience a major plus.
• In-depth knowledge of servers required.
• Microsoft Certification is a definite asset in one of the following (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) as well as Certification in one of the following (MCAD, MCPD, MCSD).
• Cisco Certification preferred in one of the following (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).
• Experience in construction industry.
Other requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written skills.
• Proven ability to work well on teams.
• Ability to assess problems and identify effective solutions.
• Ability to explain problems and solutions in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical staff.
• Ability to work under stress and meet critical and tight deadlines.
• Ability to be on-call for night support, weekend and off hour support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
