Asia Corporate is looking for candidates in four regions:
Russia, Romania, Algeria and Iraqi markets.

Supervises planning and implementation of all business information systems, such as sales, customer operations, and internal communications.
Identifies user needs and directs building of MIS teams to work across all levels of the organization.
Coordinates and discusses with management, computer system capacity needs for management information and functional operations to decide on purchase of equipment.
Plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, as well as budget, and staffing requirements.
Design IT networks internally in each plant/building (WAN/VPN) between different premises.
Develop bidding documents and handle the administration of bidding process until selecting the best supplier after handling negotiations for prices and conditions and drafting, revising contracts.
Give technical advice helping the purchasing dept to optimize the purchasing of IT networks components.
Supervises and manages computer operations and functions such as: backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
Receives and reviews reports of computer malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs, and ensures end-user problems are solved in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Establishes and tests disaster recovery plans.
Supervise the execution of the works and installation of networks to ensure achieving goals on time with the best quality without exceeding the estimated budget.
Establishes and implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup
Managing the IT personnel involved in all projects
Ensure that IT First line support activities (Help Desk) are offered at the best level
Establishes and maintains standards for use, operation, and security of network, personal computers, and data.
Consults with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.
