- Develop and lead the IT team in identifying new technologies and solutions.
- Successfully manage and coordinate IT projects with internal and external parties.
- Build professional software business and technical analysis.
- Define accurate requirements in terms of resources and schedules for new project implementation.
- Plan and schedule project milestones and deliverables in quality manner.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of tactical and strategic plans for IT; assist in the development and management of associated budgets.
- Recommends solutions and opportunity areas.
- Manage the department's budgets, personnel and assets.
- Manage occasional software upgrades and hardware upgrade implementations.
- Manage the company computing infrastructure and its data repository.
- Monitor success of new/upgraded systems.
- Manage training of employees on relevant software and technologies.
- Establish and manage suitable progress monitoring and reporting system.
- Regularly report initiatives, overall progress and recommendations to direct manager.

Compétences

Academic Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Personal Qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in IT of which at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
- 5 years of practical experience in software development using latest technologies that includes multi-tier desktop, web-based system and hand-held devices development.
- Proficient in building and managing IT functions, IT standards and processes.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- PMI Project management certification is a plus.
- Good experience in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project.
- Strong experience in project planning, tracking, change management & supervision
- Self-learning, disciplinary, honesty and elegant appearance.
- Proficient working knowledge in analysis, documentation, QC/QA & version control
- Develop, review and update documentation in timely manner according to standards
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Efficiently handles development and support projects from initiation to analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.
