The Service Management Consultant at Expit will be in charge of end to end consulting, design, and implementation of large scale Service Management platforms, the role requires expert level knowledge in ITIL process development, mapping, and analysis. The roll also requires expert level knowledge in one of the leading service desk tools on the market. Typically the service management consultant will engage with customers on designing their help desk processes, change and incident management processes, and IT asset management/CMDB practices. The roll has greater emphasis on the process side of engagements during which the consultant will receive technical support from other team members at Expit.
A successful candidate will have the ability to advise and design service management processes for organizations single handedly and manage service management solutions deployments. Deployments are based on Microsoft System Center Service Manager so any experience in that platform is highly desired.
Compétences
1- University degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in ITIL, MOF, Cobit, PMBoK consulting
2- Excellent documentation, reporting, technical writing skills are required
3- Ability to design, implement, and service management platforms
4- Experience in large organizations that adapt ITIL practices is a plus
5- Experience in Datacenter operations, network operation centers design, deployment, and operation is a plus
6- Understanding of application dependency mapping, business service management a plus
7- Knowledge in IT financial concepts like charge back and billing a plus
