A leading global independent advertising agency with an established network of offices across the Middle East, the agency has an enviable list of high profile long term MNC clients.

They are expanding regionally, particularly in the newly restructured Dubai head office, and now require an Account Director, reporting to the CSD, to lead a team of 3, managing three high profile accounts with a 4th to be added.

Compétences

The Account Director will be expected to have multi-sector experience, and previous experience of MNC clients is essential, ideally on a regional level. They are looking for a tenacious, hard working AD with the ability to offer sound strategic advice and to manage demanding clients, while leading a small team.

The ideal candidate will either have 1 or 2 years experience at AD level or will be an experienced Senior Account Manager looking for the next step up in their career.

- Experience at either AD or SAM level working on high profile MNC accounts

- Middle East experience

- Previous man management/team lead experience

- Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential
