Job Summary
Lease & Rental is responsible for implementing and following up all activities for lease & rentalfor a particular account(s) to ensure that the execution is in accordance with CAYAN’s set of objectives, targets, policies and processes
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
 Work towards achieving the Lease & Rental function’s operational objectives and report progress to management;
 Achieve and adhere to Lease & Rental targets set by the Leasing Manager;
 Gather customer and market information from various sources as an input to the development of appropriate lease & rental strategies;
 Execute all lease & renting activities (residential/commercial units) for CAYAN’s properties and non-CAYAN’s properties in the branch including sourcing new customers, analysis and closing transactions;
 Conduct, in coordination with the Leasing Manager new customers’ orientations, presentations and related communications and explain terms and conditions of lease & rental agreements;
 Use an existing network of CAYAN contacts to approach new customers;
 Execute all lease & renting agreements including type of lease & renting terms, rent schedule, calculations, and other services, other options, i.e.: expansion, renewal, etc in coordination with the Leasing Manager and Customer Service function in the branch;
 Build strategic and lasting relationships with key customers and real estate agents / brokers so as to position CAYAN real-estate portfolio well in the market and achieve growth in the market;
 Address tenants’ concerns and complaints, and ensure proper coordination with the Customer Services Supervisor in order to rectify and resolve tenants issues;
 Maintain a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements;
 Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking;
 Enforce and adhere to rent terms and conditions and ensure customers compliance with rent contract obligations and CAYAN's rules and regulations

Compétences

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing (not a must)
 1-3 years of solid experience with a minimum of 1 years experience in Real-Estate industry
 Fluent in English (second language proficiency is a plus)
