Responsible across a single or several sites for REFM delivery to end users

•Manage and monitor outsourced Facilities Management services and local FM team, where necessary
•Implement FM service delivery and execution of site projects
•Represent Sub-regional REFM in country
•Manage and monitor Real Estate, Facilities Management & Administration vendors
•Ensure that all office facilities are well maintained with proper efficiency
•Ensure that all company assets are utilized efficiently
•Ensure that Group Real Estate Guidelines and Local Directives are implemented
•Support Real Estate projects and Real Estate related documentation
•Responsible for physical security
•Manage local administration pool, where applicable
