Lead hard core maintenance activities of Fatima Plant safely and efficiently.

Ensure all HSE Systems and procedures are fully followed.

Under MM"s Overall guidance, implement preventive, predictive and other maintenance strategies.

Provide necessary guidance and support to reporting team to ensure their top quality maintenance and hence achievement of objectives related to high degree or reliability

Develop and ensure team's morale of team; enhance its capacity and capability.

Budget controls and optimization

Development of maintenance infrastructure and its continuous improvement.

Compétences

Sound hands-on knowledge and experience in Maintenance of equipment, piping and machinery (pump & centrifugal compressors in world scale fertilizer complex

Good planning skills

Well versed with preventive, predictive regime systems and their implementation

Leadership, strong communication
