The Role:
Deliver the Brand marketing & promotional Strategy within agreed budgets through the promotion & development of Brand identity. Responsible for the accurate & consistent implementation of Brand Visual Merchandising guidelines.
The Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Brand team on the creation of promotions and Best Buys, remaining flexible to changing divisional and market conditions
Take responsibility for the Operational execution of all campaigns and activities
Create POS formats for each individual market, subject to local regulations and licenses. Liaise with Country Managers
Identify market opportunities that will enhance & ensure a leading position within the individual markets
Ensure consistent implementation of all brand layout guidelines & visual merchandising techniques
Evaluate potential changes, and where discretionary, advise implementation or not, including cost/benefit analysis
Responsible for the most cost effective & best quality production of all locally sourced graphics, signage, fixtures and visual merchandising equipment
Work with outside parties on the purchase of consumable non stocks such as carrier bags and ticketing within Company and local market requirements
Act as a key interface with the host Brand on a regular basis to ensure the receipt of the most up to date marketing, promotional & visual merchandising initiatives & techniques
Cultivate strong relationships with the host brand. Seek to influence their their thinking with regard to the Middle East market.
Work with outside agencies on the design of advertising, window graphics and in store POS as required
Compétences
Good general education, further qualifications in Visual merchandising, Art & Design desirable
5-7 years retail ops experience including 3 years in VM management.
Ability to apply sound brand principles to projects & campaigns
Degree level education preferred (business subject).
Marketing qualification preferred
Strong Planning & organizing skills
Computer literate
