    Alcon is currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Medical Representative to be based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. and reporting to District Manager of the area. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional team player with minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the Sales.

    Major Purpose:

    To promote product portfolio to ophthalmologists and designated medical professionals in assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives defined by management.
    Delivering the company strategy with ophthalmologists and pharmacies through active implementation of Sales and marketing programs


    Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales/target in assigned territory
    • Develop, enhance and maintain customer base through implementation of tailored support and activities
    • Deliver and implement company strategy related to sales and marketing message
    • Support the marketing team in delivering programs and product launches
    • Ensure excellent knowledge of products, competitors, Alcon marketing guidelines, tools and selling skills
    • Insure timely and accurate submission of data and reports
    • Respect procedures, policies and administrative duties
    • Enhance and preserve Alcon’s image among all healthcare professionals
    • Coordinate with Distributor’s sales team

    Compétences

    Education (minimum/desirable):

    Pharmacist/ Medical Degree
    University graduate in Medical field (Pharma, medicine)

    • Must be analytical, detailed, organized and systematic.
