Description du poste
A leading luxury consumer goods business with a strong Global reputation for prestige products is looking to grow within the region utilizing the talent of their successful sales and marketing teams.
They are ultimately seeking a dynamic sales professional, who is adept at developing strong business relationships, to build an effective sales force and drive the country’s growth in-line with the brand’s objectives.
As the main focus of this role will be the UAE, the right candidate must have very strong experience within the MENA region and have knowledge of the UAE market across all trade channels - candidates with additional Pharmacy Channel experience are highly desirable.
You will have complete knowledge of Key Account Management principles and be a strong leader who can naturally develop key business partnerships and negotiate effectively on all levels.
Compétences
You will have experience working within the luxury consumer goods trade, or be a key FMCG professional with a strong natural affinity for luxury products.
As you will be the strategic force behind the development and implementation of sales and business plans, you will have the ability to build and manage a highly successful sales team. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English is an absolute must for this position.
