National Tracing Field Officer

. Liaise regularly with all Tracing staff/units of ICRC's structures in Iraq and ensure an appropriate transmission of the information/ communication flow between them and the national structure in Baghdad,
• Works in coordination with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society and the Cooperation Department
• Receives and compiles statistics on regular basis and provides statistical figures for the purposes of operational and reporting updates
• Supporting the team in the absence/ unavailability of the tracing delegate at national level
• Organizes and participates in national/regional meetings and trainings
• In coordination with the Head of Tracing Department provides technical support to the IRCS Tracing department in development of field/non-field tracing tools/procedures
• maintains contact with the Cooperation department and IRCS Finance department concerning correct financial procedures
• Ensuring written and oral translation to/from English and Arabic as needed
• Draft minutes of meeting

• University degree or equivalent
• 4 years work experience in a similar field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent computer skills
