Our client is a seeking an operations manager to run their busy and rapidly expanding travel agency here in Dubai.

This business is quickly ascending to be the premier provider of travel service and planning.

This group seeks to expand their reach throughout the gulf and be a dominant player in holiday package delivery, providing a high quality service with highly competitive rates. This is an opportunity to be at ground level, with plenty of opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

As operations manager you will oversee the day to day necessities of a busy sales office. You will oversee a staff of 10 sales people ensuring, quality of service, high standards, and driving sales. This role will also involve dealing with customers, hotels and airline companies to ensure a premium service is always delivered .

Compétences

This role requires active engagement in the development of the staff and business on all levels. You will also be the point of contact for handling disputes and resolving issues for customers.

Suitable candidates for this role must possess the following:
• 5-6 years as an operations manager within a tour operator / Travel agency
• Have a real hands on can do attitude
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication skill
