• Worked in a hostile environment such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, or other challenging African countries.
• Work closely with all department heads: Air Operations, Fuels, Camp and Logistics Management, inter alia
• Hold regular internal management meetings to ensure effective communications across the business operation
• Must be able to deploy for long periods of time and have a flexible approach
• Former Military Warrant Officer or SNCO with Operational experience
• Ability to work with and manage local national employees
• Good understanding of the need to develop business
• Confident presenter and briefer to clients, visitors and senior management
• Willing to travel and operate throughout the country and region
• Interface with local officials, UN, NGO and others on a regular basis
• Must have cultural empathy and willingness to engage local personnel
• Knowledge of aviation or logistics operations
• Understand Company operation and capabilities
