The Role:
Working as part of a highly motivated dealership team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an organised and systematic approach to work with the prime focus being on increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service. The continual monitoring of parts operations from a process, facility, inventory, storage and financial health platform will require a high degree of drive, determination and proven ability to manage a team in a positive, participative and motivating style.
The key accountabilities of the position include:
* Ensure the establishing of a vast customer base to generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining excellent customer loyalty.
* Implement and monitor all sales representatives' performance to ensure the maximization of all profits.
* Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, commercial and wholesale environment in line with Just In Time inventory levels and maximum fill rate.
* Implement all distributor recommended operational, marketing and financial advancement programs to ensure corporate vitality and safe working environment.
* Ensure the adherence to Customer Relations Management and customer database management to ensure accurate prospecting and net sales maximization.
* Implementation of new systems and ideas to ensure faster, accurate on on-time distribution of parts to all customers.
* Ensure active staff and employee engagement.
Compétences
The Person:
Diploma or Degree in: Logistics Management / Business Management
Minimum Experience: 5-7 Year automotive (Aftersales) Parts
Job-Specific Skills:
* Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilize skills appropriately
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
* Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
* Ability to maintain strong administration skills
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
* Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform their job.
