• Answering calls and handling queries professionally
• Preparing relevant correspondence for meetings
• Diary management & scheduling of appointments
• Liaising with Directors subordinates
• Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, incl visas
• Taking minutes
• Assistance with budgets process
• General Admin and Filing
• Putting formal documents through client’s controls
• Ad-hoc assistance with all support requirements
• Translation of written Arabic to/from English
• Creating Power Point presentations

Compétences

• PA experience at Directorial level
• Higher Diploma in Business Admin
• Secretarial/PA certificate or diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent typing speed
• Proficient in written Arabic to/from English
• Communication skills (verbal and written, English and Arabic)
• Interpersonal skills ( diplomatic, courteous, and friendly)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
