h Ensure that all established process parameters are developed, monitored and practiced in casting operations and that raw material meets our specifications so that the Company is able to produce the required product ranges safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and to the specified standards.h Introduce newimproved technologiesmaterialsequipment methods through planned development projects based on clear Techno-economic evaluation and thus improve the competitive edge of the Company.h Ensure the collection, analysis and reporting of technical data and information to enable operations to optimize production and quality within the required environmental standards.h Present at least once a year the result of a comparison study between EMALs and competitors product to show the metal quality performance which can help our sales team during the premium negotiations.h Ensure that department personnel are recruited, fully trained, developed and adhere to all safety rules, policies and procedures so that they are competent in carrying out their duties in order to minimize the risk of work place accidents and injuries.h Improve the relationship with external support and the outsourced RandD due to EMALs need to provide professional technical services for EMALs customers and to enhance the technical know-how of EMALs Metallurgy employee.h Review all new customers specifications in order to develop systems and equipment to convey technical data to all parties concerned.h Communicate all customer requirements clearly and accurately within the Company, advising on hot metal volume and purity, and raw material specifications.h Ensure the Company stays abreast of relevant market and product development including competitors products and recommends programmes for action where these are considered necessary to support to enhance the Companys business.h Ensure the technical support to the sales managers and to the marketing and sales department by providing sales managers with the important technical knowledge and develop tools to fasten their response to customer technical enquiries and create systems to support their forecast planning and evaluate customer needs.
