Indepently carry out important commercial negotiations, tendering, supplier certification and review.
Perform important project tendering and select suppliers.
Perform supplier analysis, demand analysis and cost analysis.
Compétences
Personal Attribute:
* Strong personality and proper appearance.
Preferred work experience:
* Previous experience in telecom industry is a must.
* Experience in procurement business process.
* Preferred technical/engineering experience within telecom products.
* Knowledge with Huawei products and internal process.
Skills/Competencies:
* Skilled in commercial negotiation, business analysis and contract management;
* Proficient in supplier evaluation, certification and review;
* Strong knowledge in commodity area (technology, negotiation, communication, supplier management)
* Strong networking, presentation, time management and deal making skills
* Strong company and market awareness
* Familiar with laws, finance, trade and taxation;
