We are looking for two Production Managers each for Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd. (Sadiqabad) and Pakarab Fertilizers Ltd. (Multan

Ensure Safety of people and the assets all the time. Support all new initiatives in this area and work towards continuous improvement.

Ensure safe and efficient operations of the individual plants and as a whole complex

Work with support functions to improve capacity and efficiency of the assets.

Ensure all systems procedures are in place as per recommendations of the technology supplier and plants operations are managed within the defined limits. Ensure training and validation regarding the systems and procedures.

Ensure Team's morale remains high through enhancing capacity and capability, all the time.

Monitoring of complete Ammonia, Urea, CAN, NP units

Compétences

Command on HSE Systems and Procedures

Hands on experience on Fertilizer Complex especially Ammonia Plant

Good command on Chemical Engineering, Operational Audits, Systems and Procedures

Experience of Plant Commissioning
