Manage all aspects (business and technical) of the evaluation and implementation of a new enterprise wide CRM Solution. The implementation will address all CRM requirements (sales, service, marketing, etc) across all AEME business units and markets, and will cover all aspects of AEME’s issuing and acquiring business.
Compétences
• Recent experience of managing complex CRM implementation programmes in the financial services industry.
• 10+ years project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
Middle East experience of particular interest.
• Detailed knowledge of the card and payment processing industry.
• 10+ years financial services experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Candidate who has project managed a complex enterprise wide CRM implementation within the Middle East, within the past 5 years.
