    Project Sales Representative

    Successfully sell Building Solutions Products in a defined market through BCI in small and medium size projects. Will utilise sales strategies, processes and tools. Identify and assist in appointing BCI's. Develop BCI business plans and assist them in winning jobs on Building Solutions products. Create demand for Building Solutions products by selling to specifiers through pull approach. Develop business plans and meet overall financial objectives by conducting product trainings, sales presentations to BCI and customer consultations that maximize sales closure rates. Stock management and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking of US $ 2-3 M on prodcuts and gross margin targets. Provide accurate Sales performance planning and forecasting. Develop detailed account plans for all assigned BCI's.


    • Engineering degree with master in business administration is desirable.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in successful sales of commercial ELV, Security and Integrated systems in Saudi Arabia.
    • An experience of Channel Management
    • Experience in developing and executing successful client , consultants and construction contractors and specification engineers
    • Good rapport with clients, contractors and consultants
